The flatbreads are stone baked on the surface of the sun for a crispy crunch, and the southerner flatbread ($11) features a 12-hour slow-smoked Spring Creek Ranch beef brisket, mushrooms, and fresh thyme, finished with maple-mustard aioli. For dessert, imbibe on a dessert martini ($6.25 for 1 oz. or $12.50 for 3 oz.) such as the “been there done that,” which features Grey Goose vodka, Kahlua, Frangelico, butter ripple schnapps, and a blasé facial expression.
