Khazana’s menu reflects the traditions of Tandoor cooking, an art that involves preparing meals within a special clay oven. Prime palates with a delectable appetizer, such as the vegetable pakora, with fresh vegetables and chickpea flour batter coalesced under the matchmaking magic of the fryer ($5). The tandoori salmon, a Khazana specialty, seasons cubes of Atlantic salmon with a slew of freshly ground spices ($19.25), and the chicken malai paints plump pieces of chicken breast with Pollock-like splashes of velvety cream sauce ($17.50). The Peshawari kebab pushes forth flavourful cubes of lamb ($18.50), and butter chicken emerges from the clay pots mildly spiced and dancing in a dress of fresh tomatoes, garlic paste, and ginger ($15.25). Vegetarian specialties include saag paneer, starring spinach and cottage cheese ($12), and mutter mushroom, the chef’s signature curry, enhanced with green peas and button mushrooms ($10.50).

An ornate, spacious dining area, wood furnishings, and intricate wall tapestries construct an upscale yet comfortable atmosphere, ideal for family gatherings or testing out satin pajamas. Upon entry, the khazana, an opulent treasure chest, greets customers with its golden smile and shining eyes.
