DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THIS BUSINESS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This is the experience I had. I bought the voucher for the shellac manicure and pedicure with facial on Thursday June 21 on Dealfind. The first time I called to book an appointment was Thursday morning when the deal initially came out. I was told I would receive a call back right away. When I hadn’t received a call 2 hours later, I followed up with a phone call and they said they remembered me and would call me back after 12:00pm. This was around approximately 10:00am. When I still hadn’t received a phone call by 4:00pm I phoned back to make sure they hadn’t forgotten. I was then treated EXTREMELY rudely by the person on the phone whose name is Shemina. She tried to brush me off and say they were very busy and to “trust her” that they would call me back. She said she couldn’t say when she a specific time when she would call me but then proceeded to say she would FOR SURE call me back by that evening (Thursday) or Friday. She said they were taking people’s names and phone numbers and calling them back in order. She was VERY condescending and unfriendly towards me, kept interrupting me and trying to brush me off.
10:00pm Friday night comes along and I am not surprised that I never received a phone call. I called again and I could barely hear her because there was some background music. She said she would have to call me back tomorrow because the esthetician was gone. She then recognized it was me and proceeded to berate me further saying they were extremely busy and the phone has been ringing off the hook. She said she isn’t able to book because she doesn’t want to double book because she needs to coordinate with her esthetician because they have different books…. She then said that she would call me back and couldn’t tell me when I would receive a phone call back. I asked her for her name and if I could speak with her manager and she said she owns the business. She was extremely rude and at times would not even let me speak. When I said I was very upset and would have to speak with Dealfind about the situation, she basically said fine (no sign of empathy).
I do not think they can handle the volume of vouchers they are selling and do not advise anyone to purchase this deal to avoid this awful treatment that I have had. This is possibly the worst customer service I have had and I honestly think the deal should be pulled because they are an extremely unprofessional business. There is not even a website or any information about hours of operation. I would recommend people stay away from this business at all costs.
I wish I would have read this review before buying the dealfind for this! I am having the same issue. Called to make the appointment and she said she needs to check with the hair stylist because she isn’t in all the time. Which seemed a little odd. She said she would call me back. Its been two days and no call back. I am going to contact dealfind and request my money back. I do not trust my hair with such a shady business so even if she does call back I will say no thank you!!
