During mani-pedis, they groom nails and buff away calluses before swiping on multiple coats of Jessica polish, which is formaldehyde-free. Customers even get a mini bottle of matching polish to use at home, to make quick fixes on any chips.

Over in the private spa rooms, the beauty experts remove unwanted body hair with wax or sugar paste, clean out pores with facials, and ease aches with full-body massages. They also bronze bodies with spray tans, and accentuate eyes with brow and lash tinting.
