Royal Imperial Liquor Store has all the alcohol you need for your favorite drink, including several foreign liquors and more than 100 craft beers. But its real specialty is cognac. This type of brandy—distilled wine aged in wood barrels—can only be called cognac if it was produced in the Cognac region of western France. Royal Imperial has been known to carry many varieties, including Camus XO.

Camus has been making cognac since 1863, and this particular version requires years of work to create. In fact, the XO label, which is present on many of Royal Imperial’s cognacs, means that it’s been aged for at least six years (quite a bit longer than the legally required two). The higher-quality XO cognacs are best enjoyed either straight or mixed with a dash of water. According to Forbes, drinking them any other way “will be viewed as a tragedy by Cognac connoisseurs” and will likely cause the cat to judge you.
