Pazzo Pazzo serves up fine Italian specialties amid an intimate interior or on its newly renovated outdoor patio. Lunch and dinner menus serve up a roster of gluten-friendly fare, some of which is fashioned from cuts and nano-cuts of Angus Gold Canadian beef. Salsiccia Arrabiatta loads stars penne and spicy italian sausage showered, like a dragon-in-training, in a jalepeno-pepper sauce ($17¬–$21). Midday diners can scale the peaks of penne bolognese, climbing crags of sautéed noodles and diving face-first into ground beef, pork, and tomato-sauce avalanches ($17). Evening sees cognac-marinated chicken breast playfully grapple with mushrooms in a cream sauce in the alla panna ($25), and pan-seared beef tenderloin swaggers onto tables dressed in garlic-and-white-wine sauce ($33).
