$13 for $26 Worth of Indian Food
A diverse menu and expansive grand buffet (up to $13.95/person at lunch; up to $18.95/person at dinner) treat guests to flavourful meals such as andhra fish curry with mustard and curry spices ($15), malai chicken marinated in a cream sauce kissed with cardamom ($15), and shahi bhindi, a dish of okra tossed with a sauté of onions and herbs ($13).
Taking its name from a Sanskrit term loosely meaning “freedom from the ordinary temporal world,” Moksha Grand Indian Buffet & Lounge transports visitors to a paradise of exotic feasts and rich, spicy aromas. Stately statues from faraway lands welcome visitors, and soft lighting frames a decor of onyx-black leather seats, crimson walls, and a forest of elegantly folded napkin flowers. Diners sop up stews of spinach and paneer or gingery daal with warm flatbreads, or feast upon succulent tandoori chicken or curried goat. For a complete sampling of the subcontinent’s cuisine, guests sup from the impressive grand buffet, arranged in multiple stations including The Great Kebab Corner, Curry 360, Chaat Waat snackbar, and Mauryan Empire Munchies.
