CrossFit Full Aurora provides a comprehensive fitness format that emphasizes discipline and the development of consistent, healthy training habits. Workouteers can partake in any number of “CrossFit drop-in” group classes, which can be attended over the course of one full month. In the tucked-away comfort of CrossFit’s equipment-lined fitness room, the enthusiastic trainers lead small groups through warm-ups, strength or skill exercises, and then a series of short, intense, functional workouts similar to those utilized by Olympic weightlifters, track stars, gymnasts, and competitive eaters with curious, contradictory training regimens. Because the exercises shift constantly throughout the session, students work a wide range of muscles including their brains, which are less prone to boredom in such an unpredictable environment. Classes are scheduled in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings Monday through Friday, along with a jump-starting morning class available each Saturday.
